City Union Bank - Outcome of EGM
City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 02, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Authority to the Board to create, offer, issue and allot in one or more tranch(es) at its sole discretion, at a price of Rs 169.15 per share (face value of Rs 10/- per share and a premium of Rs 159.15 per share) for cash on preferential basis, which is not less than the price determined in accordance with the Guidelines for Preferential Issue issued by SEBI to the following persons:

Authority to the Board to create, offer, issue and allot in one or more tranch(es) at its sole discretion, at a price of Rs 190/- per share (face value of Rs 10/- per share and a premium of Rs 180/- per share) for cash on a preferential basis, which is not less than the price determined in accordance with the Guidelines for Preferential Issue issued by SEBI to the following persons:
