Nettlinx - Outcome of Board Meeting

Nettlinx Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 09, 2007, has considered and approved to Offer Corporate Guarantee in favour of Bank of Maharashtra, Basavanagudi Branch, Bangalore were guaranted for an amount of Rs 40 lakhs availed by IADFAC Laboratories Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, a subsidiary Company and also to offer collateral security of the premises located at Adarshnagar, Secretariat Road, Saifabad, Hyderabad.
