Hatsun Agro Board declares interim dividend

Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2007, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.50/- (25%) per share for the Accounting year 2007-08, after providing for dividend payable on 8% non-convertible redeemable preference shares.
