IndiaNivesh - Redemption of Debentures
IndiaNivesh Ltd has informed BSE that the 200 13.5% Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible
Debentures of Rs 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) each aggregating to Rs 20,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Crore only) issued to Darashaw & Company Pvt Ltd on September 26, 2007 have been redeemed by virtue of exercise of Call Option by the Company on October 26, 2007.
