Moser Baer - Grant of options under ESOP

Moser Baer India Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan 2004 (ESOP) of the Company, four employees of the Company have exercised 3,950 Stock Options and 1975 Bonus options, convertible into equal number of Equity Shares, on October 29, 2007.
