Nicco Parks Board recommends dividend

Nicco Parks & Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the Equity Dividend @ 12% (Rs 1.20 per share) on the nominal value of equity shares (Rs 10/- each) aggregating to Rs 56.16 lacs for the year ended September 30, 2007.
