Sesa Goa - Outcome of Board Meeting
Sesa Goa Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2007, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
1. Mr. Kuldip Kumar Kaura, Mr. Din Dayal Jalan and Mr. Akhilesh Joshi have been appointed as Additional Directors of the Company.
2. Increase in investment limits from present 24% to 45% of the Equity paid-up-capital of the Company by Foreign Institutional Investors subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
3. The validity of Scheme of Amalgamation of Sesa Industries Ltd with the Company has been extended upto January 31, 2008.
