Dollex Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:
1. To take on record in principal approval issued by the stock exchange for allotment of shares and warrants.
2. To allot 3,10,000 Equity shares to the concerned allottees.
3. To allot 25,65,000 convertible warrants to the concerned allottees.
