Dolphin Offshore clarifies on news item

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Dolphin Offshore in talks with L&T for shipyard JV", Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has clarified to BSE that there is no truth to the news of the Company being in talks with L&T to form a Joint Venture for shipyard(s). While the Company continues its relationship as a consortium partner with L&T on certain offshore projects and as a sub contractors on others.
