IL&FS Investment - Updates

IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd has informed BSE that a subsidiary of the Company is having the Initial Closing on December 12, 2007 for investors to the IL&FS India Realty Fund II and has raised capital commitments of US$ 578 mn. The Fund will seek further commitments from other investors and expects to achieve a Final Closing in the next few months.
